Kindergarten and NEW Students (Grades 1-8)

Please complete one form per child. This form is only for Kindergarten and NEW students (grades 1 - 8) for the 2026-2027 school year. Please do not complete this form for any students currently attending a District 25 school, unless your child attends the District 25 Early Childhood program at Greenbrier School or the ECDEC program at Ivy Hill School.

District 25 has a Full-Day Kindergarten Program at all elementary schools. Classes begin at 9:05 am and students will be dismissed at 3:35 pm.

Districts that offer full-day kindergarten are required to offer a half-day option. Should you choose the half-day option for your student, they will be enrolled in a full-day classroom at their school, but will only attend in the morning from 9:05 am - 11:30 am.
