Please enter the student name as it appears on the birth certificate, passport or other official document.

You have selected New Enrollment for a current student. This should only be selected if you are currently enrolled in our preschool program and looking to enroll in your neighborhood school. If you are doing so because your address has changed, then please call your current school to update the address and work on getting transferred over to the correct building.

Enter the Michigan address at which the student lives (or will live) the majority of the time. If student splits time between parents, please enter one location to be used as the primary address during the pre-enrollment process. An opportunity to enter a second address will be offered during the enrollment process.

Some of the schools listed this year have only limited space. Actual numbers will be determined with further monitoring of enrollment projections. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of spaces available in a given school, a random selection will be conducted.

Two years worth of discipline records will be requested from the student's current school (excluding Young 5s and kindergarten applicants). Ann Arbor Public School may refuse enrollment to a nonresident applicant if the applicant has been suspended from another district within the preceding two years, or it the applicant has even been expelled from another district.

I verify the above information to be correct, and I understand that completion of this form does not guarantee placement in a school. I further understand that I cannot register my child without appropriate address documentation and that only one application can be submitted per child.

I understand that a child admitted under false information is illegally enrolled and could result in disenrollment upon discovery. I further understand that it is my responsibility as the Parent/Legal Guardian to immediately inform the district of any changes to the information provided.

This is where the submission confirmation email will be sent to. Please note that, this email address will also be used for important correspondance from AAPS in regards to this application/pre-enrollment.
