Intra-District Transfer Request 2025-2026

To apply online for an Intra-District transfer you must live within the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School (LVJUSD) District boundaries and currently attend LVJUSD or completed the New Student Enrollment registration form to attend 2025-2026 School year.

Submit only one Intra-District transfer request per student to request a school of choice. Any falsification of any information on this application may void this request.

Please read all 5 steps and verify that you have read and understand the requirements by clicking the box below after step 5:

1. Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District (LVJUSD) has an enrollment policy in which students can, if space is available, attend their school of choice. Transfers of current LVJUSD students from one school to another is allowed and usually granted, if there is space in the grade level requested.

2. The priority application period for Intra-District transfers for the following school year is January 6 through January 30. For Intra District transfer requests after this period, please refer to the timeline posted on our website.

3. Transportation in the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District is not available and must be provided by the parent/guardian. Athletic eligibility is the responsibility of the student and the school and may be restricted by residence requirements.

4. If an Intra-District transfer application is approved the student may only transfer back to the school of residence by submitting a new Intra-District transfer as long as there is space available in the grade and school requested.

5. Intra-District transfer may be denied, revoked or rescinded for poor attendance, behavior and/or lack of positive academic progress.
